Your account email, the channel URLs you submit, public YouTube metadata fetched during processing, and the generated deliverable. We never store payment card details (handled by Stripe).

Gemini can't analyze videos that are private, age-restricted, or have very limited captions. The pipeline continues and falls back to title/transcript analysis. You can also manually retry the analysis from the review page.

YouTube's free tier resets at midnight Pacific. If you hit the quota, wait until reset or email us — we can re-queue your job.
