Mark Studios (“we”, “our”) operates the Strategy Generator. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Account data — email, display name, and a Firebase user ID when you sign up.
• Job inputs — the YouTube channel and video URLs you submit.
• Public YouTube data — channel/video metadata, transcripts, and screenshots fetched via public YouTube APIs and pages.
• Payments — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 with anonymized IP, used to measure traffic.
• Logs — server access logs (IP, user agent, timing) retained for 30 days for security.

How we use it

• To generate the strategy document you ordered.
• To send purchase confirmations and delivery emails.
• To improve the product (aggregated analytics).
• To comply with legal obligations.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your data.
• We don’t share strategy outputs with anyone outside your account.
• We don’t train AI models on your inputs.

Third parties

• Stripe — payments. Privacy policy.

• Anthropic — strategy synthesis. Privacy policy.
• YouTube Data API — public channel data. Terms.
• Vercel — hosting. Privacy policy.

Cookies

We set first-party cookies for auth (Firebase) and a Google Analytics cookie for traffic measurement. No advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@markksantos.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We’ll post material changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new policy.
