Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Strategy Generator (“the Service”) provided by Mark Studios. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

We generate YouTube strategy documents using AI plus human review. Outputs are recommendations, not guarantees of growth, revenue, or any specific outcome on YouTube.

2. Payment

All packages are one-time. Prices are listed on the pricing page in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge the amount displayed at checkout.

3. Refunds

If the deliverable doesn’t match the description on the pricing page, you may request a full refund within 7 days by emailing hello@markksantos.com. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “I disagree with the recommendations”) is not grounds for a refund.

4. Acceptable use

• You may use outputs for your own channels or for clients you legitimately represent.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or rebrand outputs as your own product.
• You may not submit channels that violate YouTube’s terms (e.g., copyright infringement, hate, or spam).

5. Intellectual property

Strategy documents you order are licensed to you for unlimited internal use. The underlying methodology, prompts, and frameworks remain Mark Studios’s property.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee any specific result on YouTube. YouTube’s algorithm, monetization, and policies are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the deliverable in question.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, violate these terms, or chargeback paid orders.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll post the new version with a new “Last updated” date.
