Is this a subscription?
No. Every package is one-time. You pay once, you get the deliverable. No auto-renewal, no surprise charges.
Can I upgrade between packages?
Yes. If you bought a Strategy Lite and want a Full Channel Overhaul within 14 days, we credit the Strategy Lite price toward the upgrade. Email hello@markksantos.com to apply the credit.
What's your refund policy?
If the deliverable doesn't match the description on this page, full refund within 7 days. We stand behind the work the same way we earned 4,500+ reviews on Fiverr.
Do you take crypto / wire transfers?
